Another solution is to go to Settings, choose General, then select Reset and Reset All Settings. What it does is it clears all of the settings that you have manually selected and getting rid of any problems while you retain your data.

Phone Freezes But Responds To Touch

You first have to make sure that you have a current back up by checking your iCloud storage to see the date of your latest backup. If it is current, then you go to Settings, select General, Reset, then tap “Erase All Content And Settings.” You can then proceed to “Choose Backup” then select the most recent backup in your iCloud storage.

Network and Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues
There are times that your Mobile Phone has a very weak cellular data service compared to what you can get in the same location before. Or maybe you have problems connecting to your Wi-Fi? Try these steps:

  • Turn On Airplane Mode. What you can do is to turn on your Airplane Mode. Do this for at least 30 seconds. This will disconnect the device from the network and make a fresh one. Once you turn the Airplane Mode on, it will reconnect to the network. Other than that, you can also try removing and reinserting the Phone’s SIM card.
  • Reset Network Settings. Another solution to this is to Reset Network Settings. This will reset not only the Wi-Fi networks and passwords but also your cellular settings like your VPN and APN settings. On your Settings, you select General, then choose Reset, and Reset Network Settings.
  • Forget Network. If you are having problems connecting to Wi-Fi, try toggling to Airplane Mode. if it doesn’t work, go to your Settings, select Wi-Fi and tap on the network where you want to connect. Choose “Forget This Network” then try to reconnect. You might need to sign in again to have access to it.
